To be an AdVENTURE student, it means to work to your fullest potential and to have 21st century skills. To stand by our rules and follow the directions. The teachers at AdVENTURE assign big projects that are worth a huge amount of points. These projects are also hands-on and are given rubrics for us to follow. The project also forces us to think outside the box and to be creative.

To be an AdVENTURE student, it also means to have fun while working and to enjoy yourself. In class, we interact with others and talk about our ideas. We communicate with people we usually don't talk to and make new friends. This is great because we open ourselves to other people. It really helps when working with the projects or assignments together.

At AdVENTURE, the teachers don't just lecture us and we write down the notes. Our teachers show us what to do and we take it further. However, we also get to experience it ourselves. We play games and do experiments. We get to try things out and create videos. We get to test our limit of imagination and if we can do, we do it.

At AdVENTURE, we have the privilage to use technology. We use chrome books, laptops, and sometimes even phones for our work. It helps for a lot of our assignments and projects and you can do a lot more with them. Using technology also teaches students better than textbooks and papers because technology is something most students like to use in and out of school. It helps engage the students more and it's better than learning from a textbook.

All in all, to be a student at AdVENTURE, it's such a privilege and you get to do many hands-on activties. While you learn a lot about things, it's a fun process. I prefer AdVENTURE because it's not boring and you don't sit in class all day and read a textbook. Even though there's certain expectations and skills students have to follow, you'll definitely have a great experience.
